For domestic orders placed on www.greendigo.com, returns can be made free of charge. All you need to do is ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and have the original tags in place.
No returns or refunds would be possible on items bought in the following scenarios:
- those on sale,
- those with a discount code,
- those via international orders or
- those through Cash on Delivery,
- those bought in exhibitions or pop ups
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
