Shipping & Returns
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping!
Shipping is free within India for all orders of INR 999 and more. For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout.
For your convenience, we offer all major payment solutions, such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets and NetBanking.
To request a return, please send an email to care@greendigo.com within 3 days from the date of delivery, and we will arrange for the items to be collected from you. Domestic orders placed on www.greendigo.com can be returned free of charge. All you need to do is ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and have the original tags in place.
No returns or refunds would be possible on items bought in any of the following scenarios:
- those on sale,
- those with a discount code,
- those via international ordersÂ
- those through Cash on Delivery
- those bought in exhibitions or pop-ups
- those that are limited editions
- those items that are hygiene-sensitive
The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been completed. If you haven't received the refund in your account after more than 14 days, please present the confirmation to your bank so that they can assist you in expediting the process.
To place a request for a return, please send an email to care@greendigo.com, within 3 days from the date of delivery and we will have the items collected from you. Please place the garments in their original packaging and hand them over to the pickup courier executive. All you need to do is ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and have the original tags in place.

You can do that on the Cart Summary page before proceeding to Checkout. Simply select the Gift Box option, and if you wish to add a personalized message, you can do so in the Order Note section.
Our team makes it a priority to ship your order out at the earliest, because of which we arenât able to make any changes to an order once it has been placed.
Oh no! If you have received an incorrectly shipped or damaged product we ask that you kindly contact us so that we can fix the problem right away.
